We did experience a few challenges during the implementation phase, however TouchStar was on hand throughout, providing expertise and solutions to ensure we overcame the network issues we experienced. We were really impressed with the positive “can do” attitude and couldn’t recommend TouchStar any more for its contribution, from Project Management through to the final solution. There is no doubt that we will continue to work with TouchStar on future projects.

We chose to partner with TouchStar Technologies as we believed they would deliver a bespoke system based on our exact requirements. Following a robust trial the PODStar system is now fully ‘live’ and delivering the key benefits. Overall we’re very pleased with the system and, as we continue to expand, we look forward to continuing our relationship with TouchStar and contemplating further bespoke enhancements.
